Absolutely brilliant service from Wills Mobile Valet! I contacted James to book in and was able to get an appointment the following week. The weather ended up being awful, so I asked to rearrange as I didn’t fancy taking the car seats out in the rain, and he was so accommodating. He even offered to still go ahead in the rain if we wanted, which was really appreciated. Rebooking was super easy, and communication via Messenger was quick.

I came all the way from Devon for this service... joking... I was staying with family in Nantwich and wanted a good valet. Thanks James for fitting me into your busy schedule. Communication via WhatsApp was good to make arrangements. James would've either come to me, but due to lack of space I went to him. Great clean (I had the mini valet) and he even included a protective coat as I had a long distance to travel back home.

Top job and very professional!

Really impressed with the service. The staff were polite and professional and handled my car with care. When I got it back it looked so clean it honestly felt like a brand new car again. Everything was quick and well organised. Would happily use them again.
